U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Repository of Environmental Impact Statements (EIS). One of the world's largest collections of environmental impact statements is available in the Northwestern University Transportation Library. Nearly all of the EISs issued by federal agencies since 1969 are held, usually in draft, as well as final form. This site is maintained by Northwestern University.

U.S. Army NEPA Repository. This site has some of many NEPA-related documents published by Army installations in the last several years. This is a secure site. Users must have a valid Army Knowledge Online (AKO) user id and password. You will also need to contact the IMCOM IT Help Desk to apply for an AERO & READ account – call 410-436-1244 or DSN 584-1244.

Under Army Modules, select READ. On the next page under READ modules select READ again and a new window will open. Under Type on the drop down menu, choose NEPA. Begin searching the NEPA Library.
